Pain is familiar to everyone, it strikes all ages.
According to the Gallup survey1 *:
- Nearly 90% of American adults experience pain
at least once a month.
- 23% of adults feel pain in the joints almost every
day and 18% suffer pain from arthritis.
- 43% of American adults say that pain affects their
social life.
- Only 43% of respondents claim that they can control
their pain.
- 54% of adults say that they want to be alone when
in pain and 50% report that they are feeling down
when in pain.
