Make sure you
have a balanced diet. |

Take plenty of
foods that are rich in calcium. |

Get enough vitamin
D from sunlight and foods - it helps your body absorb
calcium. |

Take adequate
amounts of meat (200-300 g/day). Too much protein
can make calcium loss worse. |

Take 1-2 pieces
of fresh fruit a day, especially oranges, mandarins,
grapefruit and kiwi fruit, as they contain a lot
of vitamin C and are good for your bones. |

Limit your intake
of salt and preserved foods, such as pickle, salted
meat or canned foods, in order to decrease calcium
loss. |
