What are the symptoms of asthma?

- Recurrent or persistent cough (especially during the night or after physical exercise).
- Wheeze, difficulty breathing or shortness of breath.
- Feeling of pressure and tightness in the chest.

It is not necessarily to have all of the above symptoms to be asthmatic. For example, some children with mild asthma may not wheeze, and in most cases, cough is the only noticeable symptom. There is no need to worry if your child suffers from asthma. To help you manage your child's asthma more effectively, let our asthma prevention ambassador, Zabet, share with you the "five steps to healthy living", specially designed for asthmatic children!
